Meditation is not for everyone.

You may already know that in addition to being an Executive Coach, I'm also certified as a mindfulness meditation teacher.

Although I love the impact meditation practice has had on my life, I am the first to admit that meditation is not for everyone.

First off, meditation isn't for people that don't want to do it. If that's you - cool. You do you.

Secondly, if you are really clear that your path to success and happiness is all about being in control then the style of meditation I practice is probably not for you.

I have deep respect for the ways that we all have strategies that help us feel in control. (I am a real CHAMP at this, so I intimately understand the benefits).

In order for meditation to be something I would recommend, you would want to have some kernel of curiosity about alternatives to maximizing control. Cautious curiosity is especially welcome!

In the video in this link, I share 3 of the key reasons I meditate. See if any of these resonate with you! If you decide you are curious, join my waitlist to hear about upcoming classes.

Reach out to me with questions and please to share this with any friends that have been craving connection, peace and space!

Much love,

Marijke Ocean
